Responsibilities

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) Cardiology is looking for a dynamic and energetic cardiac electrophysiologist to join our comprehensive team. This physician will help continue to grow our Electrophysiology team in association with our specialists in interventional cardiology, non-invasive cardiology and CT surgeons. Responsibilities will include general cardiology along with EP. The new physician would also share call coverage in rotation with practice partners and other community cardiology physicians

 

Requirements for the position: Board Certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty board certification in Cardiovascular Disease. Formal fellowship in Electrophysiology also required. High caliber, quality focused, innovative physicians should apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

 

Highlights:

· Practice full spectrum electrophysiology including pacemakers, ICDs, CRTS, SVT ablation, a fib ablations and VT/PVC ablation

· EP Physicians participate in General Cardiology call rotation

· Hospital Rounding, Consults/Admissions, OP Clinic and procedures

· Hospital coverage: Hinsdale, La Grange and Bolingbrook

· Outpatient and Inpatient procedures at Hinsdale Hospital; Inpatient cases only at La Grange and Bolingbrook Hospitals

· EP procedures in advanced EP lab

· Annual Salary: $700K - $850

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

· New graduates or experienced physicians welcome to apply

· Completion of ACGME approved Electrophysiology Fellowship

· Board Eligible/Board Certified in Electrophysiology

· Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
