UChicago Medicine AdventHealth has an excellent Women’s Health opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the beautiful western suburbs of Chicago.

• Two clinic locations: La Grange and North Riverside
• Collaborate with two Physicians in the practice
• Experienced APPs preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
• Opportunity to build own patient panel for outpatient clinic
• Shared inpatient post-partum patient rounding responsibilities at Hinsdale Hospital
• Assist physicians with EMR inbox management
• Spanish speaking candidates, a plus
• Affiliation with UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Centers La Grange & Hinsdale

• Annual Salary: $110K – 118K

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program
• Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• Current Illinois license in good standing
• Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization.
• Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification
• Current CPR certification
