Highlights:

• Full spectrum internal medicine
• Outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding at with skilled nursing facility on site
• Call coverage required
• Types of visits; annual well visits, chronic disease management and acute visits
• Clinic location: King-Bruwaert House Community
• EPIC EMR
• Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage
• PTO and CME
• Annual Salary: $225K-280K

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
• Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
• Board Certified/Eligible, required
